There is a chain link fence down by the ports in Portland, Maine.  There are thousands of padlocks locked to the fence. Each lock is different in size and color. Each lock  has names and dates etched on the side. 

I really love the locks. I need to get a lock. It will say VB @ AB since 1985. Corney but I love it.
