Canadian Pelicans

A friend of mine makes frequent trips to Canada. Her husband’s family owns and island there. How cool is that!!  Canada is home to my great grandfather. One day I hope to go there.  But until then these pelicans will have to do. My friend’s husband took pictures of the local wildlife. I loved the picture of the pelicans. I grabbed my brush and canvas and started to paint. This is what I did.
