My daughter is a excellent photographer. I go through her photos every now and then looking for inspiration. I saw this photo of cactus she took and I thought I would give it a painting try.

A lot of people don’t know Wisconsin has some of the most beautiful cactus when in bloom. In the winter our cactus looks like a prune but in the spring that prune blooms and looks like a yellow rose. Southern Cactus
