Pretty Chickens

I’m not a chicken expert by a long shot, but as of late I’ve been looking at a lot of these birds. They are actually very beautiful. They seem to come in every color. It also seems they make great pets.

Now it isn’t like I know nothing about chickens. 🐔 Growing up I’ve eaten my fair share of fried chicken. I hope you don’t hold that against me. I love chicken and have found some really great chicken recipes. Chicken is like pizza it can be enjoyed hot or cold. I fear I may be digressing.

My daughter-in-law took me to a friend’s house who raises chickens. It’s her chickens that I’ve painted. These chickens were so pretty even their eggs were colorful. I completely enjoyed my visit plus her husband made the best beer ever.

I’ve already put the chicken on a board for you. 😜 I’m totally into animal shaped cutting boards. So here is my tribute to chickens!!!
