So I’m at my favorite resale shop where everyone who works there is female and 70+. I can always hear them talking and laughing behind the wall. However today I was laughing right along with them even though they couldn’t see me.
Apparently one of the women has a new gentleman friend. One of the ladies said to her:
“Did you give him coffee this morning?”
She said “it isn’t like that he didn’t spend the night.”
“So are you saying you didn’t give him coffee?”
She said “he did not spend the night, it isn’t like that.”
“So you two don’t even hug?”
She said “ well yes we have hugged, but not that other stuff.”
They all started cracking up and laughing. I was thinking that no matter how old we get we still are girls at heart. We will always be laughing with each other and talking about boys. I loved it.
