Art During Covid

So I’m looking around my art studio (aka basement) and I see all this art. What I see is art that is ok, but not awesome. How can I make my art better? I decided to do some revamping. Revamping has been fun. I’m still working on additional pieces to change. Stay tuned.

This piece has a new home at my cousin’s house.
This highlander has a new home at my friend’s house.
This 5”x7” acrylic has been revamped and looking for a new home for $15

Nubian Goats

Do you know your goats?  I know I love to paint sheep and occasionally goats.  I have been asked to paint a nubian goat.  A white nubian goat at that.  So I surfed the internet to find a good picture of this specific type of goat. It is actually cute, but I love all things that are of the sheep/goat family.  I have not been painting in a while because of traveling so to return home to get back into the groove I have painted this white goat.  I am pleased with the end product.   I have shared it with a friend to see if it needs tweaking.  She said it perfect – don’t change a thing.

So now I have moved on to painting my friends granddaughter.  I feel up to this.  I have found my groove…
